Policies stipulated below will apply, as amended and updated from time to time, for maintaining a cordial and mutually profitable business relationship between us and our clients.

PRIVACY POLICY

We respect, protect and enforce privacy rights of our clients and handle their business transactions with total confidentiality, subject to the applicable laws; do not share their email and other contacts with third party unless specifically authorized by them to do so. 

Once total payment of the vehicle(s) is received in our bank, we will initiate shipment of the vehicle(s) to destination port by securing container space in first available vessels scheduled for the required destination port(s).

INSURANCE

 Vehicles can be imported from Japan without marine insurance if laws of the importing country permit or the important will have to get insurance of the vehicle (s) at additional actual costs, either at their own or through us.
