The highest bid price means the auction bid price exclude all post-bid expenses such as commission, taxes, fees, recycle, rikso etc, ocean freight, insurance and other post-shipment charges which will also paid by the customers accounted for accordingly.

The FOB price means the auction bid price plus all incidental pre-shipment charges but exclude ocean freight, insurance and other post-shipment charges which will be accounted for separately.

The amount remitted by the Marketing Associate must be credited to our account one day prior to the date of auction and the member must also provide the following information via email:

·        Color:

·        Name of Destination Port:              

·        Maximum Bid Price ((in ‘000’ Japanese Yens): 

For successful bids, the members will remit balance amount within 3 days from the date of auction and where highest bid of a member is not successful; the amount remitted by him/her to our account will be accounted for as per his/her instructions.

Cancellation of bids will be subject to deductions as per regulations of the Auction House and regulatory authorities.

Our services charges for bid processing, export documentation and shipping arrangement will be 5 to 10% of total costs at actual (all inclusive) and rate of our charges may vary depending on various factors.

All expenses with regard to bids will be verifiable, we maintain individual account of each of our Marketing Associate in transparent but confidential manner and send statement of account/invoice with full details as and when become due.
